We are in an era where people think that eating deep-fried food, carbonated drinks, junk food, etc are normal and end up having lifestyle disorders like Obesity, Hypertension, Cholesterol, and Pcod. When we advise taking nutritious food like vegetables, and fruits they consider it as a diet and ask us when can they have a normal diet 😃. So what is that we want to do actually? To keep eating unhealthy and fall sick? Spend all our money on illness or do we want to invest our money for health? If we are really intelligent then eating healthy food should be our routine and once in a while having fast food is like a cheat day!
